Turks & Caicos Property, Ltd. ("TCP") is a licensed real estate agency in the Turks & Caicos Islands. TCP was founded in August 2000 by its principals Bernadette Hunt and Barry Dempsey. The company is a member of the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association ("TCREA").

Our agents specialize in luxury homes / condominiums, commercial development real estate and residential waterfront property.
