"Turks & Caicos Property" is a licensed Turks & Caicos Islands real estate brokerage founded in August 2000 by  Bernadette Hunt (cell: 649-231-4029) and Barry Dempsey  (cell: 649-231-5084) who continue as sole owners and agents/brokers.

Bernadette Hunt and Barry Dempsey are each Irish qualified attorneys who lived and practiced law in the Turks and Caicos Islands for 11 and 12 years respectively (conveyancing, company and trust management, immigration and residency) before focusing exclusively on real estate.  That professional background together with extensive experience in real estate has assisted in building up a truly outstanding record in sales year over year.  Based on independently compiled MLS sales data Bernadette Hunt, as the company's principal sales agent, has been the top selling agent in the Turks and Caicos Islands (by both gross US$ amount and volume) for the past seven consecutive years.

Print media: we endeavor to provide quality images and considered content in every case to assist purchasers in the property selection process.  We focus principally on regional magazines such as the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association ("TCREA") real estate magazine which is distributed free in most locations within the islands and is the main resource used by the realtors, local buyers and serious prospective purchasers in the islands.  We do advertise selectively in other magazines such as "Discover" which is handed out to tourists when they board a plane bound for the Turks & Caicos and "Real Life" which Is also distributed in Cayman.

TCREA membership: Turks & Caicos Property is a member of the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association (TCREA) which provides members with access to a database of automatically updated Turks and Caicos real estate MLS listing information and an extended network of selling agents.  TCREA also provides a a framework to regulate member brokers and agents to ensure ethical and professional dealings between brokers, agents and their clients.
