Turks & Caicos Property, Ltd. ("TCP") is a licensed real estate agency in the Turks & Caicos Islands. TCP was founded in August 2000 by its principals and agents  Bernadette Hunt and Barry Dempsey. The company is a member of the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association ("TCREA").

The company has its main office in Suite 103 on the first floor of the Ocean Club West Plaza Building (the building on the corner as you turn off Grace Bay Road to get to the Grace Bay Club).  We maintain a second office to the right of the main reception desk in Ocean Club West.  Contact us by phone or email for a private consultation.

In addition to a wide range of land, luxury home and condo listings Turks & Caicos Property, Ltd. is the principal broker for Ocean Club & Ocean Club West resorts on Grace Bay (together the largest condo-resort development in the islands) and provides management and sales services for the 80 acre Village at Grace Bay subdivision (the largest mixed-use development in the islands).  We are currently the largest brokerage by listings and acreage in the Grace Bay beach area and have the largest selection of undeveloped beachfront and oceanfront sites on Providenciales.  With in excess of US$120 million in listings and access to all MLS listings we can help you find what you are looking for.

Bernadette Hunt and Barry Dempsey are each Irish qualified attorneys who lived and practiced law in the Turks and Caicos (living on Grand Turk prior to 2000) for 11 and 13 years respectively (conveyancing, company and trust management, immigration and residency).  That professional background together with extensive experience in real estate has assisted in building up a truly outstanding record in sales year over year.

The internet is probably the single greatest tool available to real estate agents.  Recent US figures indicate that approximately 70% of home buyers now begin the selection and price comparison process on-line and contact a realtor based on their searches.  Given our location in the north Atlantic it is even more important for us.

Turks & Caicos Property, Ltd. makes a special effort to present listings in an organized professional manner.  We endeavor to provide quality images and considered content in every case to assist purchasers in the property selection process.  We focus principally on the Turks & Caicos Real Estate Association ("TCREA") real estate magazine which is distributed free in most locations within the islands and is the main resource used by the realtors, local buyers and serious prospective purchasers in the islands.  That focused approach in conjunction with our internet related initiatives has lead to a dramatic increase in sales of high-end listings over the past 2 years and the acquisition of a number of new and attractive listings.  We believe that Turks & Caicos Property, Ltd. now has the most interesting range of real estate offerings in the Turks & Caicos which include undeveloped waterfront and beachfront land, villas and condominiums.
