Outer Islands in the Turks & Caicos chain include South Caicos and Salt Cay. Also included are private islands such as Pine Cay, Water Cay, Dellis Cay, Ambergris Cay and West Caicos which were purchased and developed (to varying extents and degrees of sucess) as luxury private retreats.
