• Founder and principal of Turks and Caicos Property, Ltd. 2000;

• Qualified as an attorney in the Republic of Ireland 1996;

• Admitted to the Bar of the Turks & Caicos Islands 1997;

• Practiced law in TCI with the associated law offices of Finbar F. Dempsey & Company (Grand Turk) and Dempsey & Company (Provo) from 1997 until January 2007 when she retired from the practice of law to focus on Turks & Caicos Property Ltd's expanding business. 

Being a broker / agent with an outstanding record in sales and a qualified attorney with extensive relevant experience Bernadette has an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and the legal framework it is built upon. She is a Rotarian; a founder member of TCI Kidney Foundation; and was granted Belonger status (Turks & Caicos Citizenship) in 2004.
