At 2,873 square feet the floorplan for Suite A-203 is the most spacious in the development*.  It is also the only floorplan in the beachfront buildings with 2 "beachfront" master bedrooms*.  The second converts into a separate "beachfront" lockout with its own private balconey and kitchenette.  This enhances privacy for groups using 2 to 3 bedrooms, but more importantly it means more flexibility in the rental pool, where beachfront bedrooms command a premium, and this should translate into consistently better rental revenue for the owner. 

Note that the Seven Stars Resort's distinctive decorative coral stone facing stops at the second level.  As a result terraces of second level suites (such as A-203) feature additional architectural detailing unique to this floor.  The suite is oriented to the east to catch the prevailing breezes, limiting air-conditioning costs and allowing true indoor-outdoor beachfront living.   

Suite A-203 is offered with the full Seven Stars furniture package (on site but not installed when listed and photographed).  At the date of listing the furniture packages is a prerequisite for participation in the rental pool.  Seven Stars suites set a new standard in resort living on Grace Bay with high-end features throughout including 10 foot ceilings, travertine marble floors, recessed lighting, crown moldings, Snaidero cabinetry and Kohler plumbing fixtures and fittings.
