Island Flextec Architectural Coatings, Ltd. ("IFAC") an established business based on the island of Providenciales in the Turks & Caicos Islands is offered for sale. IFAC incorporates and includes its associated company Furniture Warehouse, Ltd.

IFAC's core business involves the importatation, manufacture and sale of a core line of high-performance paint and coating products in the Turks & Caicos Islands which are designed to outperform competing products in the Caribbean environment. It holds exclusive licenses to distribute and sell the core line of paint and coating products in the Turks & Caicos Islands.
