As far as we are aware this beach level suite is the only condo in a resort on Grace Bay which has a private walkway to the beach dedicated exclusively for its occupant’s use.  It is located directly on the beach and enjoys oceanfront views from its living room and screened-in porch.  It is also unusual in that it has two “full” bathrooms and a bay window off the dining area which provides an attractive built-in banquette seating area. Practically every aspect of the interior has been improved including:

• Custom floor tile throughout - diagonally laid with borders in gathering areas;
• Royal blue tiled kitchen counters and backsplash (with decorative border);
• LED lighting over dining area;
• Bathrooms completely remodeled (see photos);
• Upgraded fixtures and fittings throughout;

• Large LG flat-screen TV & Video/DVD player;

The living room couch doubles as a pull-out queen bed for guests. This cheerful, private beachfront retreat is characterized by attention to detail and meticulous maintenance. We challenge you to find a more appealing beachfront one bedroom on Grace Bay.
